The place-based research network LAND2 will be holding their Drawing and Place symposium at Plymouth College of Art on January 25th, in collaboration with the Land and Water research group from the University of Plymouth, and TRACEY Drawing and Visualisation Research from the University of Loughborough.
This will be a day of paper presentations and discussion from artists and academics from across the UK, with keynote papers from Tania Kovats, drawing artist and author of the seminal work The Drawing Book and Dr. Janette Kerr, President of the RWA, alongside drawing interventions shown in the Scott Annexe at the University of Plymouth. The event will begin at 9.30am with registration and the welcome at 9.50am. Refreshments and lunch will be available through the day which will finish at 4.30pm.
