Plymouth College of Art is located in the heart of Plymouth’s ‘Cultural Quarter’ and can be easily accessed regardless of where you’re travelling from.
Arriving from overseas
The closest airports are Exeter International (less than an hour away), Newquay and Bristol, with Bristol connected to the US and Asia via Amsterdam and offering regular coaches from the airport to Plymouth’s central coach station. Direct coach services also connect Plymouth with Heathrow and Gatwick airports in London.

Arriving by train
We’re just five minutes away from Plymouth train station, where direct services depart to London Paddington (taking 3–3 1⁄2 hours), Bristol, the Midlands, the North of England, Scotland and Penzance. Walking from Plymouth train station
Follow signs south for the City Centre. On the approach to North Cross roundabout, take the left exit. Follow this road until you see Drake Circus Shopping Centre on the right. Our reception is located in the main Tavistock Place building, opposite the shopping centre.

Arriving by car
If you’re travelling by car and using a satnav, the postcode PL4 8BA will lead you to Regent Street Public Car Park, just next door to our Tavistock Place campus.
