Pick up some individual and unique Christmas gifts at Plymouth Christmas Market, located in the heart of the city centre. With an open air festive bar, food and drink and plenty of artisan gift stalls, it’s the perfect place to get into the Christmas spirit.
Join the team from creative arts facility Flameworks, founded by former staff and alumni of Plymouth College of Art, for their annual Christmas Exhibition at Leadworks! Handcrafted jewellery, ceramics, glass, signwritten art, painting, and ironwork will be available to buy - perfect for those looking for a unique gift for a loved one.
Pre-Degree students aged 16 to 19 will be exhibiting and selling their original work as part of the annual Design to Sell, a pop-up shop event open to the public and held in our Palace Court campus on Wednesday 8 December.
Get into the seasonal spirit on board Plymouth Boat Trips’ Christmas Party Cruise which departs from the Barbican Landing stage. Enjoy a complimentary glass of mulled wine or Prosecco from the bar, then dance and mingle the night away to festive tunes. Adults only, tickets £15.50.
Join in the fun at Ocean Studios where Native Makers will bring you a carefully curated bunch of makers to the historical Royal William Yard. Grab a coffee, some freshly baked treats, browse the local makers or chill out in the courtyard with the sound of the sea.
Support local businesses this Christmas at the Love Local Festive Gift Market, where you can sample an array of local gift and food exhibitors, perfect for finding that special gift. Held in Tavistock’s Butcher’s Hall, the market is free of change, so put the date in your diary now!
Back for it’s seventeenth year and featuring a number of local stall holders with food, drinks, gifts and crafts on offer, the Mount Edgcumbe Christmas Fayre also features entertainment and perhaps even a visit from Santa himself?
The Students’ Union is hosting a festive themed Student Work Fair featuring students from courses all across the college. Come along and find the perfect Christmas gift for everyone! The event is open to students, staff and members of the public and lasts for three days so plenty of time to pop in and take a good look around.
