Tech Talk

<p dir="ltr">Our <strong>Tech Talk</strong> online event on <strong>19 May </strong>at<strong> 4pm</strong> is your chance to meet Plymouth College of Art’s technician team! They support students and staff in our state-of-the-art labs, alongside working on their own creative practices. From the <a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/resources/fab-lab">Fab Lab</a> to the <a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/resources/multimedia-lab-equipment-resource-centre">Photography studios</a>, from the <a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/resources/material-lab">Jewellery Studio</a> to the <a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/virtual-tours/equipment-resource-centre">Equipment Resource Centre</a>, our technicians are the backbone of the college, and their expertise enables you to make the most of our amazing <a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/resources">facilities and equipment</a>.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">Over lockdown, our technicians have really enjoyed experimenting with techniques at home and helping our students to keep creative. </p> <p dir="ltr">Join us at the Tech Talks event to find out about our amazing facilities and equipment and get a glimpse of the diverse range of how-to videos we have on the student portal - an archive of knowledge. Get to know the technical team, understand what you can do at the college and quiz them with any questions you may have. They’ll also share some of their favourite projects and kit and introduce you to their 32 strong team of experts that are here to look after you and help you make the most of your time studying with us. <br /></p>
