Personal Statement & Application Advice
If you or someone you know are looking to study a creative degree in September 2021, we recommend coming along to an upcoming Applicant Advice Session.
Join our Student Recruitment team for a deep dive into personal statements and the application process for undergraduate study at Plymouth College of Art. Our knowledgable staff will share useful tips on how to write and structure your personal statement, what to include, and how to demonstrate your creative potential.
The session will also include a 10 minute Q&A and guests are welcome to bring along a draft personal statement to gain personalised feedback and guidance.
We welcome drop-ins, but to make the most of the event and receive more information over email, we recommend booking your place in advance.
Once signed up you will receive a booking confirmation by email. The email will include a link to join the talk, which will become live on the event date. All you need to join is internet access and a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

All talks are free to attend and will take place online, allowing you to pick and mix the sessions that suit your needs and attend multiple events from the comfort of your home. Friends and family are welcome, and if you are supporting a young person with their journey to degree-level study, you might like to sign up for our dedicated advice session for parents, carers and advisers.
