Ceramic Christmas Decorations (Nov/Dec 2019) — Overview
Add a unique quality to your christmas tree, by decorating it with crafts you’ve made by hand. You will be shown how to make your ceramic decorations using a creamy white stoneware clay with simple easy-to-follow methods.
You will learn how to apply surface pattern to personalise your decorations, with painted coloured slips, underglaze colours and sgraffito.
If you have any ‘biscuit’ shape-cutters that you’d like to use, please bring them along.
You don’t have to be experienced with clay as absolute beginners are welcome.
