10 Week Experimental Glass for Beginners (Oct 2019) — Overview

This ten-week course will be based in the glass studio and will involve flat glass, kiln glass-fusing, slumping and casting and finishing. There are set projects for the first 6-7 weeks to develop each process. During this time you will be able to design and make your own work. The final weeks allow for personal project development where your tutor will be on hand for advice and guidance.

No previous experience required.

Materials and Equipment

Materials for this course are included in the course fee. Please wear old clothes/an overall and strong, flat, closed-toe footwear.

Please note that all courses are subject to student numbers and will only run if sufficient numbers are achieved. Plymouth College of Art reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient student numbers are recruited.
