This September, talented graduates from Plymouth College of Art’s School of Design + Communication will be kickstarting their creative careers by showcasing their work at the internationally renowned London Design Fair, 19 to 22 September 2019, in The Old Truman Brewery.
Graduates will be joined at the exhibition stand by sponsor, sustainable material manufacturers Finsa, collectively showcasing the high standard of design and craftsmanship coming out of the South West.
Students will exhibit collections of work across a wide range of diverse disciplines; from printed textiles to costume design, illustration to interior decoration.
Featured artists will include illustrator Amy Ottley, who was recently highlighted by Design Week and Oh Comely Magazine, textile designers Beth Mason, who won an industry placement with Ella Doran whilst exhibiting at New Designers, and Charlotte Venn who won the regional heat of the SDC Colour Competition and an internship with clothing brand Joules.
Plymouth College of Art are inviting designers, journalists, emerging creatives and members of industry to join them at their stand for an introduction to the work on show. Head to Hall H4 Stand 4.3 to talk to the Plymouth College of Art graduates about their exciting work.
