We know what a crucial decision you're making when choosing where and what to study when you are looking at universities, and it is so important you find out as much as you can about the courses you're interested in.
Our Open Days are a chance for you to get a feel for Plymouth College of Art and the range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses we offer, and to see for yourself just what sets us apart from other universities, both academically and creatively.
This Open Day takes place on Saturday 30 March. Experience first-hand how our students are pushing the boundaries in art, design and digital media – and see all the resources that are helping them along the way.
At our Open Day you can get a unique guided tour of our students' incredible work, meet staff, and get a feel for the vibrant and energetic atmosphere here at the college. Every course area – from Illustration to Photography, Fashion to Animation, Fine Art, Film, and more – is entirely open to the public, and you'll be able to explore the wide range of arts, craft, design, and digital courses that we offer.
This Open Day will also feature Alumni talks from Mikey Neale, who graduated from our BA (Hons) Fashion Media & Marketing degree last year and has already found success working as a stylist for menswear retailer END.Clothing, and BA (Hons) Game Arts graduate Tim Nguyen, who works as a UI Artist at the BAFTA award-winning Creative Assembly, a British video game developer responsible for the 'Total War' series, 'Alien Isolation' and 'Halo Wars 2'. They'll be chatting about their success since graduating, what it's like to study at Plymouth College of Art, and offering tips and advice on how to get the most out of your university experience.
If you're thinking of studying with us then Student Finance, Welfare, our Accommodation Team and our Student Union will all be here to give advice, and you can also chat to our fantastic Careers & Enterprise team about the kind of internships and work experience you'll get the opportunity to do during your degree.
You'll be welcome if you turn up to the Open Day on the day but if possible, please secure your place by clicking on the link below.
