Applying for an HE course can be a difficult decision with many things to consider, particularly if it has been a number of years since you last studied.
For those of you considering the move, but who have reservations or queries, we’re opening up Plymouth College of Art especially with you in mind; our space is the perfect place to figure out your next steps on your creative journey.
We offer an exciting range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes of study, on a full time and part time basis, and have experts on hand to guide you through any questions you may have about student finance, grants or loans, as well as the application and interview process.
Whether you want to have a chat about our courses, meet our academics, see some work created by current students and graduates, or get an expert opinion on your own work, you can be assured of a warm welcome and an informative approach towards your application.
There will be a variety of workshops available on the day for you to try your hand at, and talks on finance, student life, student support, study support and careers and enterprise. We’d like to try and bust some of the myths surrounding HE and help you find answers to any specific worries you might have. We can also talk to you about careers in the creative industries and offer tips for interviews and portfolios.
With places still available for September 2019 entry, there’s plenty of time to join our dynamic, cross-disciplinary community of makers and thinkers.
Our students and graduates get to work with some of the world’s biggest brands, extend their creative practice in custom-designed, industry standard studios, and build on their experience with exciting industry placements. Join us to find out what makes us stand out, and to find your place in our creative community.
If you’ve already made an application to us but haven’t been able to attend an interview, we’re also happy to interview you - just email firstname.lastname@example.org to book in a time slot.
You may have also heard about our Travel Bursary, which helps with the cost of travelling to an Open Day or an Interview at our Plymouth campus, so if you‘ve got a bit further to travel, remember to keep your travel receipts and ask one of our friendly Admissions team for information on how to claim your Travel Bursary on the day.
