Saturday Arts Club at Plymouth College of Art

The National Art and Design Saturday Club caters for students aged between 14 and 16. During the course of the year participants will take part in a programmed range of activities appropriate to their age group, utilizing the specialist resources that Art College has to offer. These activities include; photography, textiles, graphic design, multimedia, small metal design, ceramics, digital photography,moving image, printing, drawing and painting.

Students will enjoy a masterclass with an international artist or designer. Plymouth's National Art and Design Saturday Club students will join students from other participating colleges and universities to exhibit their work at a prestigious London venue during Summer 2012. There will be an opportunity for NADSC students to undertake an additional 5 week programme in the Summer Term under the Arts Award, to gain Bronze Arts Award certification, at a fee of £70, which includes the cost of moderation and an educational field trip.
