Life Drawing (January 2011 Start) at Plymouth College of Art

Description:

Based on the close observation of the human form, these workshops will introduce you to the fundamentals of figurative drawing in one of our Life Drawing studios. You will work with a variety of different mediums and explore a range of techniques such as measuring, proportion, line and tone as well as look into important historical and contemporary figurative artists.

These workshops are an excellent way of contributing to an individual portfolio of work in preparation for further study.

Entry requirement: No entry requirements are needed, although the workshops are open to those with some experience as well.

What you need to bring: Basic drawing materials such as soft drawing pencils 2B-6B, putty type eraser, charcoal. All other materials will be provided.
