Summer Studio Alumni Residency
This summer, a collective of six BA Illustration graduates will be transforming The Gallery at Plymouth College of Art into an open studio for six weeks. Kelly Walton, Isaac Lenkiewicz, Laura Weeks, Emily Watkins, Bench Allen and Lize Meddings will be working together on a project, which will culminate in an exhibition and small press publication.
There will be a variety of workshops and events for the public to get involved in. The studio will be a live exhibition throughout the residency, displaying work as it develops and providing an opportunity to view illustrators in their natural habitat.
Feel free to come along and have a chat with the illustrators or just browse the new comics, illustrations, prints, toys and zines.
Exhibition Opening:
You are invited to join us for the opening of our exhibition on Thursday 1st of August from 4-6pm, which will showcase work created during the residency.
