2011 Summer Show and Awards
It goes without saying that your time at Plymouth College of Art is about much more than achieving just your qualification.
We have, over the years, developed a number of prestigious awards, scholarships, and prizes sponsored by the College and local and national business from the creative sector which recognise those talented students who strive to excel in all they do.
The end of year Summer Show is a way for our students to showcase the year's work and an exciting time of collaboration and creativity when the College is transformed into a vibrant hub of expression. It is also the time when our panel of judges have the difficult task of talent spotting those students who are 'ones to watch' for the future.

Cookworthy Award
Successful ceramics student selected by staff team.
Dartington Crystals Scholarship
Awarded to a BA graduate glassmaker who has consistently demonstrated excellence and innovation in the creative use of glass.
David Heale Prize
The prize is awarded to a Foundation Studies student who has demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm, application to study and has made a positive contribution to her/his course and the College. Given in memory of David Heale, Lecturer at the College.
Higher Education Fashion Award

Logo Design Award
Awarded to 2 exceptional Graphic Design degree students, either from the FdA or BA (Hons) Top-up,
who have consistently performed to the highest standard and contributed positively to the course.

Outstanding Design for Games/Digital Graphics/Animation student.
Print Placement Award
One week placement with Little Egret Press.
