By Road

From Exeter From the M5, travel onto the A38 following signs for Plymouth for 40 miles. Follow signs for the City Centre and keep to the left when approaching the roundabout. Take the first left on the roundabout signposted ‘City Centre’. Please take note of the sliproad going into Sainsburys that feeds off this first left turn. This road will take you along the Embankment. Continue to follow signs for the City Centre where you will approach a second roundabout. Take the first exit and ensure that you move into the far right hand lane. On the approach to Charles Cross roundabout (with the church ruin) take the third exit, you will see the police station on the corner. From this exit, take the immediate left. Follow this road and on next junction, turn left. Follow this road (there is a car park on the left) and when approaching the curve, turn left and you will see the entrance to the College.

From Cornwall – From the A38, follow signs towards Plymouth. Keep on the A38 until you see signs for the City Centre and Mutley Plain. Take this turning off and you will approach the Manadon roundabout (this roundabout has a flyover). Take the third exit off the roundabout signposted ‘City Centre and Mutley Plain’. Keep to the left and continue straight ahead for about 15 mins. You will pass through Mutley Plain and will see the Hyde Park Pub on the approach to Mutley. Continue straight ahead through Mutley Plain and down North Hill – a reservoir will appear on your right as you go down North Hill. Keep to the left and go past Plymouth Central Library which is on the left. At the traffic lights, keep in the left hand lane following signs for Cattedown and on the approach to the roundabout (with the bombed out church), take the first left. You will see a police station on the corner. From this exit, take the immediate left. Follow this road and on next junction, turn left. Follow this road (there is a car park on the left) and when approaching the curve, turn left and you will see the entrance to the College.

By Rail

There are regular trains into Plymouth from Cornwall, South East and the North – both Virgin and First Great Western. If walking from the train station, please follow signs for the City Centre. On the approach to North Cross roundabout, please take exit on the left. Follow this road down until you see Drake Circus shopping mall appear on the right. The college is opposite the Drake Circus shopping mall and there are a number of traffic controlled crossings available.

If getting a taxi from the train station, these are available right out side the station.

By Coach

There are regular coach links to Plymouth’s Bretonside Bus Station with National Express. From Bretonside, please follow signs for the Drake Circus Shopping Mall or head towards the subway leading towards the roundabout with the bombed out church. Head in the right direction. The college is situated opposite the Drake Circus Shopping Mall.

By Plane

There are regular direct Air Southwest flights between Plymouth and London Gatwick and other UK airports. A number of European destinations canalso be reached from Exeter airport which is less than an hour’s drive away.
