Guidelines for Employers Advertising Vacancies

Plymouth College of Art are happy to promote your opportunities but does not offer a matching placement service.

We reserve the right to edit or remove entries we feel are inappropriate and will discuss this with you if it is felt necessary.

As soon as we receive your vacancy it will be posted on our internal job vacancy board and emailed to all students.

If you do not provide a closing date, we will remove the advert from our vacancy board 4 Weeks after date of receipt. If you wish to re-advertise the vacancy, please email lprice@plymouthart.ac.uk after the 4 Weeks.

We reserve the right to exclude vacancy entries, for example, those which contravene equal opportunities legislation. Plymouth College of Art will only advertise vacancies that adhere to our equal opportunities policy. (Click here to see a copy of our policy  )

All permanent work must be paid and comply with national minimum wage guidelines, for more information on this please see:

We do not guarantee responses to adverts.

The employer must make clear all details of the vacancy via the online form.

The employer must assess the suitability of any potential employee and shall be responsible for reviewing any references provided by the potential employee before engagement is made. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the student is suitably qualified and not prevented from working for any legal, medical or other reason.
