Plymouth College of Art
As one of only four remaining further and higher specialist art and design colleges in the country, the College provides a role locally, regionally, nationally and internationally in providing excellence in Art and Design education and training. The College is part of the National Arts Learning Network with links to other specialist Art and Design higher education institutions.
The College offers an enjoyable and safe learning environment producing high quality Art, Design and Media work which embraces both traditional and the most up to date technologies. Our aim is to enthuse students and instil in them a creative ambition to succeed which is reflected in the success of our students’ on programmes at all levels.
Locally, the College’s principle objective is to be the first port of call for anyone interested in Art, Design and Media. Through our network of partnerships with providers in the city and beyond we aim to be able to respond to students who see a career in vocational creative practices.
